Hi! I'm Chef Andy
My love for all things culinary began in childhood. I spent countless hours baking and cooking with my parents and inherited cherished knives from my grandfather, who was a sushi chef in Japan.

These early core culinary memories sparked my passion for cooking and learning, leading me through culinary school, running a restaurant, and now driving my commitment to support and train Dealers and Food Service Directors in Southern California and Nevada in keeping their kitchen operations profitable and running smoothly.
